The Traditional Curriculum
Every disciple progresses through a defined sequence of disciplines, each building upon the last.

Kolthari

Ankathari
Metal weapon training — sword and shield, spear, dagger and the flexible urumi — for advanced disciples.
Verumkai
Unarmed combat techniques — locks, grappling and strikes based on marma (vital point) knowledge.
